Tiefenentspannung mit Klang im Advent

7.00 – 8.15 p.m. Let yourself be enveloped by carrying, warm sounds during the Advent season. In the soft candlelight, sheltered under a blanket, body and mind can come to rest. Low tones ground and carry, while brighter sounds give lightness. Small impulses at the beginning invite you to consciously feel the Advent season and winter - the silence, the intimacy, the letting go. An invitation to give yourself warmth. Number of seats limited.
Cost: CHF 30.00, registration until December 17
