Winterstille - Tiefenentspannung mit Klang

7.00 – 8.15 p.m. This evening focuses on the power of silence. Soft, restrained sounds open up a space in which the breath becomes deeper and the mind comes to rest. Reduced, soft tones with plenty of space in between seem like fresh snow that gently covers the landscape. Here everything can slow down - until body and soul find themselves in deep relaxation. Cost: CHF 30.00, registration until February 11th
