The spacious house (170 m2) is comfortably and cosily furnished. Enjoy the view from the large living room, from the spacious rooms, the balcony and garden on the south-east side or the seating area on the west side. Plenty of space for families and groups, ideal for family vacations, mountain biking, hiking, ski touring, and snowshoeing. The house is largely energy self-sufficient due to large solar system with storage. Grocery store and restaurant in the village center (380 m), bus stop and children's playground (250 m), hiking trail (10 m), panoramic outdoor swimming pool and forest playground (1.8 km). Summer: Large outdoor swimming pool (1.8 km), family-friendly network of hiking trails with natural play path and fireplaces, scooter descents, via ferrata and family climbing garden in St. Antönien. Winter: Family-friendly ski lift with ski school (1.5 km), cross-country ski trail (2.9 km), winter hiking trails and toboggan runs in the village. 4 sleds are available. Well-known ski and snowshoe touring area in the neighbouring village of St. Antönien. Ski resorts Klosters Madrisa, Klosters/Davos Parsenn and Grüsch Danusa can be reached in 20 minutes by car. From the end of September to the end of March 24 (normally at the beginning of May) the indoor swimming pool Pany is available to our guests free of charge. The visitor's tax, which is included in the price, allows guests to enjoy discounts on the leisure activities offered by the municipality of Luzein, such as free use of public transport (Postbus Küblis, Schiers, St. Antönien), the Pany outdoor swimming pool and a 50% discount at the Pany ski lift.
