2.5 rooms Holiday house part Built in 2019 for up to 4 people in the characteristic mountain village of Conters, 10 minutes (by car) above Küblis. Cosy wood-concrete building with a beautiful view of the Prättigau mountains. Post bus stop within walking distance. If required, a car garage/bike garage is available. Winter: Located directly on the legendary Parsenn slope and starting point for ski tours.
Prices
An outdoor parking space is available to the holiday tenant. On request, a paid garage parking space can be booked (CHF 12.-/day). Wood for the fire barbecue area in the garden can be purchased for a small flat rate of CHF 10.- per wood basket. E-bikes can be placed indoors. Charging of the e-bikes is possible free of charge. The e-charging station for the car is possible in conjunction with the garage rental.
