The house is a wooden house by the company RUWA from regional moon wood sustainably built in 2010! It has central heating and is built with ecological materials. Due to the hillside location with various stairs, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Pets are not allowed. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, please note that these are not always usable in winter in snow and ice. However, it is possible to park on the road directly behind the entrance. The Schermen bus stop is located above in front of the house. Shopping facilities can be found in Pany and Küblis. Luzein/Pany is an ideal starting point for sporting activities In summer with the wonderful natural swimming pool and view as far as the Silvretta. In winter with the family-friendly ski areas Pany and St.Antönien for downhill and cross-country skiing and cozy refreshment stops. The Davos Klosters ski area is only a few km away and the longest ski run Parsenn/ Küblis is legendary. The Davos/Klosters ski areas can also be easily reached by RhB (Rhaetian Railway) and the post bus. A wide variety of hiking and biking opportunities, as well as exploring the 1st via ferrata in Graubünden and various climbing gardens in nearby Rätikon.
