Description

Note for summer 2025: Due to renovations at the Carschinahütte SAC, overnight stays are currently not possible there.

Well-developed and frequently used high route with constantly changing views into the Prättigau valley. The path first leisurely passes the Drei Türme and the mighty Drusenfluh. Then the long-distance hike descends slightly to a spring below the Schweizertor. Along the Kirchlispitzen, the path climbs again. At Cavelljoch you stand directly on the Austrian border and enjoy a beautiful view of the Lünersee. To conclude this stage, a path leads via Golrosa to the Fadurer Fürggli and then undulates through the eastern flank of the Sassauna to the Eggli. Here you will find the cozy mountain restaurant Sassauna. The Fanas cable car then takes you back to the valley.
