Mit dem Katamaran um die Welt – 65plus-Anlass

On Thursday, June 18, 2026, the Catholic parish of Vorder- and Mittelprättigau invites you to the next 65plus event at 11 a.m. at the Seewis-Pardisla Catholic Church.

The focus is on an exciting lecture by Angela Resch and Reto Valär about their extraordinary circumnavigation of the world. For seven years, the two were on the world's oceans with their catamaran. They covered over 35,000 nautical miles, travelled to 33 countries and experienced countless impressive encounters and adventures.

With fascinating pictures and personal stories, they tell of paradisiacal islands, foreign cultures and moving experiences, but also of storms, technical challenges and the special experiences of a life at sea. The lecture promises exciting insights and awakens wanderlust.

Afterwards, everyone is cordially invited to a joint lunch with a barbecue. Musical entertainment will be provided by Jolanda and Hans. After dinner, there is the opportunity to try out the new boccia court and spend time together in a cozy atmosphere.

Everyone is welcome to this occasion. Friends, neighbors and acquaintances are also welcome to bring along. Registration is not required.
