Georg Fient (1845 -1915) from Pany was the author of the "Studafridli", editor of the Prättigauer Zeitung, director of the Graubünden chancellery, original state theorist and much more. The Alpenglühn Orchestra performs the suite "The Invention of Prättigau" in his honour and explores his life, thought and work. Köbi Gantenbein tells how the cheerful man, worldly curious thinker and down-to-earth poet has shaped the "nature and bad manners" of Prättigau to this day.
