Lecture Rheumatism and Aquawell Free Lesson in Seewis

On Monday, 14 March, in cooperation with the Seewis Rehabilitation Clinic, a specialist presentation on the topic of "Rheumatism prevention - avoiding pain in everyday life" will take place.
They learn what they themselves can contribute to prevention.

Following the presentation, the Rheumaliga offers a free Aquawell taster lesson in the therapy bath of the Seewis Rehabilitation Clinic.
Aquawell water aerobics is also suitable for non-swimmers.
